XC
The XC schooling course is set over two of our beautifully maintained well drained fields at New Barn Farm. Our course is built with both fixed and portable jump options which gives us the ability for regular movement to ensure variety and excellent ground cover for take off and landings. This allows us almost all year round access to the XC facility.
Innovative and up to date Mim Clip Technology is used for your safety and all jumps are anchored as per BE standards.
Wayfarer Eventing consistently invest throughout the year in new fences and ground works along with continual maintenance of the already existing facility. Our fences range from 60cm - Intermediate in their complexity to ensure you are well prepared for your season ahead.
All Weather Arena
Our 70x45 all weather fenced arena has recently been resurfaced by Equestrian Surfaces. The new surface is Soundtrack, a waxed/silica sand fibre mix, the newest product to market, designed specifically for competition use.
To compliment this facility we have installed 5 large mirrors which allows you as a rider or as an instructor to aid your visual training optimisation.
We furnish the arena with a full set of competition standard show jumps, with a weekly change to the course structure for client variation.
Grass Showjumping
Specifically for the Spring/Summer period to align with the competition season a grass showjumping course is set on a bi weekly basis which incorporates beautifully built and maintained competition standard show jumps. Built specifically to suit varying levels from young horses through to Advanced/5*.
Grass Dressage
Wayfarer Eventing maintain a beautiful grass dressage arena, displaying all dressage markers for a 40 x 20 for the Spring/Summer period to align with the competition season. To ensure you get the best experience when booking the grass dressage you have the full use of the paddock which allows you to enjoy a pre-warm up and use of the dressage arena.
The Yard
An American barn comprising of 23 stables with automatic water drinkers, 2 secured tack rooms with full sets of bridle and saddle hooks along with washing facilities and heated rug room.
A 5 horse undercover walker compliments our facility alongside the outdoor lunge pen and turfed gallops.
Our horses enjoy year round turnout in individual maintained paddocks with post and rail fencing. Our paddocks are professionally maintained and fertilised twice yearly ensuring we have excellent grazing.
