Wayfarer Eventing is an operation founded on the principles of professionalism and upholding the highest standards of horsemanship and sportsmanship. These principles have led to not only competitive success but also a reputation for providing excellent customer service and care to each client, whether they are horses and riders just starting in their Eventing careers or horses and riders competing at the top of the sport.
Mike and Emma Winter realize how important it is to be involved in the Eventing community whether that is working to better the sport through active roles in safety concerns and solutions or working with our youngest Eventing members in Young Rider and Pony Club organizations. Furthermore, Mike and Emma are proud to have some of the best clients, owners, sponsors, and staff working with them to achieve the principles of the Wayfarer Team. Mike and Emma welcome committed Eventing enthusiasts to learn more about what it is to become part of the Wayfarer Team whether as a rider, horse owner, or sponsor!
Mike and Emma currently train and compete horses from the early stages of “breaking in” to the Advanced CCI**** level and coach students at all levels of competitive 3-Day Eventing. Wayfarer Eventing also specializes in finding Event horses in the U.S. and Europe and matching riders with a horse that meets their budget and goals. Furthermore, Wayfarer takes pride in their students and horse owners who enjoy success on an almost weekly basis competing in approximately 30 competitions a year. Some of these outstanding achievements include the Olympic Games, Pan American Championships, Rolex KY CCI****, Jersey Fresh CCI***, Burghley CCI****, Blair Castle CCI***, along with many National titles and competitive results in national and international competitions.
