Emma represented Great Britain many times at International competitions whilst living in the Untied States . Her greatest accomplishments were with Mahogany Chief at Kentucky CCI**** ,where they finished 15th and 19th in 2005 & 2006. The pair also completed Burghley CCI**** in 2005.
Emma now focuses her time on producing the string of young sales horses at Wayfarer Eventing, and with her excellent attention to detail she has gained some impressive results.
Double Olympian Mike has represented his native Canada on numerous occasions . Most notably competing at both the 2004 Athens Olympic Games with Balista , and the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games aboard Kingpin. In 2003 Mike and Balista were top placed Canadians at the Pan American Games and secured a Team Silver Medal. Again in 2007 Mike was able to duplicate that result with another Team Sliver Medal at the Pan American Games in Rio, this time riding Kingpin.
Mike has worked hard the past five years to establish a new string of exciting Upper Level prospects & is looking forward to contesting another major Championship for Canada.
Mike and Emma have founded Wayfarer Eventing on the principles of upholding the highest standards of horsemanship and sportsmanship . They pride themselves on providing a professional environment for all their clients , this has led to not only competitive International success but an excellent reputation in the industry of Three-Day Eventing.
